How fast can you reach me in Dubai?

Our average arrival time is 30. We have mobile units strategically stationed near major hubs like Dubai Marina, Al Barsha, Downtown, and Deira to ensure the fastest response.

Are you really available 24/7?

Yes. We operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, including weekends and public holidays. Emergency roadside situations don’t follow a schedule, and neither do we.

Do you provide service in Sharjah or Ajman?

While our primary focus is Dubai, we can often assist in neighboring areas for scheduled battery replacements. Please call us to check current availability for your specific location.

Battery Brands & Warranty

What battery brands do you stock?

We exclusively carry premium, heat resistant brands including Varta, Amaron, Bosch, Solite, AC Delco, and Exide. These are specifically chosen for their durability in the UAE’s extreme climate.

Does my new battery come with a warranty?

Absolutely. Every battery we install comes with a formal manufacturer’s warranty (typically 12 to 18 months). We provide you with a digital or physical warranty card on site.

Are the batteries you sell genuine?

Yes, we only supply 100% authentic, brand new batteries. We do not deal in refurbished or used batteries, as they cannot withstand the Dubai heat safely.

Technical & Pricing

Do I need a new battery or just a jumpstart?

Upon arrival, our technician performs a computerized battery health test. If the battery is healthy but simply discharged (e.g., you left your lights on), we will suggest a jumpstart. If the internal cells are dead, we will recommend a replacement.

Can you replace batteries for luxury cars?

Yes. We specialize in luxury brands like BMW, Mercedes, Audi, and Porsche. Our technicians are trained to handle Battery Registration and ECU coding, which is required by modern vehicle computers to ensure the new battery is charged correctly.

Are there any hidden call out fees?

A callout fee of AED 100 will be charged for each on site visit, regardless of whether the battery is found to be faulty.
